PURCHASING AGENT POSITION:

Thomas O. Miller & Co. is a Hudson Valley based Food Service Distributor. We sell & Deliver in the tri-state area to Restaurants, Deli's, Convenience stores, Institutions & Etc.       
             
We are seeking a purchasing agent to manage inventory, order cycles and vendor product sourcing of related products in our distribution center.
             
       Qualifications needed:
       • You must have a minimum of 3yrs experience in vendor purchasing negotiations.
       • Excellent computer skills and well versed in Excel.
       • Strong mathematical and organization skills.       
       • Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.      
       • Must be able to work and communicate well with others in a fast paced environment.
        • Food service background is a plus.
